Payment

Snakes must be paid for in full prior to shipping or on collection. Payment can be by cash, personal cheques, paypal, banker's cheques and direct bank transfer. All prices include VAT. Although some methods of payment will also have to include bank charges e.g. paypal add 3.6% to total cost.
 

Collection / Delivery:-

Livestock can be collected in person unless other arrangements can be made. I currently do not ship International orders, sorry for any inconvenience. I will hold no responsibility for the safety of the livestock while in transit and i will not give any guaranty on the livestock if a courier firm is used as i will have no control on how it is transported.
although i am willing to deliver locally at a cost of £25 within a 50mile radius.

All tubs will be delivered at a standard rate of £25 on orders under £50 email with your requirements. Heat mats and stats will be sent by post at a cost of £15 for orders under £100.

M6 Toll Road:-

There will be an extra charge of £7 on top of the delivery charge if we have to use the M6 TOLL ROAD.

Click this link AA Route Planner and enter my post code, CH42 1ps then enter your post code, this will tell you how many miles you are away from me, then times the amount of miles by 45p, Example 200 miles x 45p per mile = £90.00 for delivery.

Guarantee:-

All snakes will be healthy, feeding and correctly sexed unless otherwise agreed.

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your snakes, you must contact me within 24 hours of taking delivery and I will either replace them, or refund your money if stock is unavailable. Otherwise, I will assume that you are happy with your snakes and therefore I have no further responsibility for them.

Deposits:-

As numbers may be limited on some species I will operate a first come first served basis, However a 25% deposit will be required to secure or hold snakes. then the outstanding balance must be paid within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Deposits are refundable only if I cannot meet your order. If for any reason the order is not completed on time the 25% deposit will not be refunded as you will in effect be taking the animal away from would be purchasers. This is to avoid timewasters.

Trade or Bulk Orders:-

Discounts are available on certain species to trade customers or for large orders. Please contact me to discuss your requirements and availability.

ownership:-

Until livestock has been paid for in full, and whilst they are in the customers custody, ownership of the goods remains vested in us and we are entitled to enter the customers premises at any time for the purpose of removing these goods.
